Nine chimneys rebuilt and coated
Terrace of houses. Heads rebuilt, flaunching renewed, then finished in a warm terracotta coating.

Old covering stripped, new membrane and battens on, fibre cement slate going up course by course.

Roof window that was leaking
Old flashing kit had failed at the head. Opening squared up, new kit fitted, battens replaced.

Concrete pantiles still sound underneath. Owner wanted them cleaned and coated rather than replaced.

Working up from the eaves at low pressure so nothing gets forced under the laps.

GRP over a garage roof
Deck relaid, trims fitted, matting laid in and rolled out in one dry spell.

Half seven start
Ladders tied off and up before the traffic. Most days we are off the roof by six.

Full re-roof on a hipped house
Four planes, two hips and a valley. Clay ridge and hip tiles bedded and pointed to finish.

Scaffold up for three weeks. New lead to both stacks and to the party walls either side.

Cheeks clad, front slated, lead work run into the main roof so the joint stays dry.

Flat roof over a rear extension
GRP laid in one pour with new trims and an outlet into the existing downpipe.

Interlocking tile on a new build
Dry verge and dry ridge, so there is no mortar up there to crack in a few winters.
Repairs
Verge and gutter renewed
Old cement verge had cracked off. New verge tiles bedded and a new gutter hung on the same run.

Two of the crew, mid course
Slate set out and nailed two at a time. Same two lads were on this roof from strip to finish.
